MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis firefighters battled a massive blaze in Nutbush overnight at an auto repair shop.
Crews responded to a fire in the 1600 block of N. Highland just after 12:30 a.m.
One firefighter was rushed to the hospital due to exhaustion.
The auto repair shop was closed and vacant at the time.
Controlling the fire was a challenge for fire crews.
MFD reported it took about an hour and fifteen minutes to get the fire under control.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
