How does it feel to have been chosen as the winner?

“We are excited to be chosen by the F-M community for the Best Auto Care category,” Stephen Dorsey said. “We work hard every day to provide the best auto repair experience possible for our customers, and it is very encouraging to see that people recognize and appreciate the level of service we provide.”

What makes you stand out to customers?

“We strive to be the friendliest and kindest auto repair shop in town, while providing quick service and quality repairs. Our same-day and next-day service is not common in our industry, but we realized that many people need their vehicles repaired right away and that it’s a major hassle to be without their car,” Dorsey said. “We get cars in quickly and offer free loaner cars while we are working on the vehicle. Our partnership with Fix It Forward Ministry, which has given away over 300 cars in our community and done over 700 free car repairs is another unique aspect that our customers love being part of."
